Marathon Training
This week I started my Training Program for the NYC Marathon. I have basically been running now for a year and a half but now its time to start building towards the 26 miles that I will have to do on November 1st. These next five months will be grueling. Now some things will definitely change during my training. I will definitely lose weight. I will definitely cut back on the booze a bit (I stress the phrase "A Bit"). I will definitely eat healthier. BUT I definitely will NOT dress like this:
