I don't think the question should be how old is too old to be riding around on a razor scooter but instead it should be How old is too old to be popping wheelies on a razor scooter. I saw a guy yesterday (and I stress the word "Guy") pop a wheelie onto the sidewalk. If you want to ride around on one, then that's fine, but tricks are for kids.
